  Brant Creek was a great transition place to live while we built our house. The staff and maintenance crew were always polite and friendly. Any maintenance issues were resolved within 24 hours. We had a bottom floor apartment and it tended to get humid in there so we needed to run a dehumidifier, which they supplied us. Many residents have dogs so you get a good shot of them doing their business if you live on a bottom floor. Most people clean up after their pets but there are a few who don't. We had Direct TV, which tended to go out whenever a storm would roll by. Internet was not that dependable with their current company. We liked that they had a car cleaning station. The pool was nice and grounds were well taken care of. Yes you do hear your neighbors at times, but that is pretty common in all apartment buildings. Would definitely recommend these apartments. People were very friendly and respectful.
